The Role
This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role from day one. The incoming Partner will be instrumental in growing the firm’s real estate offering in Manchester, with the full backing of a wider, well-established property team and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on commercial property matters such as acquisitions, disposals, development, leasing, and investment work

  • Building and developing client relationships across the Manchester and wider North West market

  • Working closely with the firm’s senior team to establish the Manchester office and build a local team

  • Playing an active role in business development and brand visibility in the region

  • Collaborating with colleagues across other offices to provide seamless client service
