Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate – Manchester
We are recruiting for an established full-service commercial practice in Manchester seeking to grow its real estate offering with a new mid level or senior Real Estate Lawyer. This can definitely be an opportunity which offers progression through to Partnership.
This leading commercial firm has an excellent reputation across all key commercial disciplines and has been able to attract a number of lawyers from large national and international practices who have brought some exceptional clients. They have been attracted by the quality of the firm, the strength of the management team and the opportunity to have more say in shaping their practices and helping to run a successful legal practice.
The real estate team boasts some excellent lawyers covering landlord and tenant, investment and development work, while working closely with other departments in a firm which encourages cross selling and excellent business practices through its collegiate feel. The team is friendly and supportive while also being dynamic and client focused.
This strong platform means that a Real Estate associate or senior lawyer coming into the practice would be augmenting an already established and reputable offering. This is about taking a strong practice to the next level, adding client relationships, helping to drive growth across real estate and other practice areas and helping to mentor and support more junior colleagues.
The business has enjoyed strong growth in recent years and is on a very strong financial footing. This is allowing the senior management team to be strategic and focused on long‑term growth opportunities, hence the desire to invest in another senior real estate lawyer to continue to drive upward long‑term growth.
The firm is open minded in terms of the specific clients and sector experience of a real estate lawyer coming into the practice. They are open minded as to the level they recruit at beyond 2/3 years PQE. Absolutely key is to recruit the right person who will fit into a strong existing culture and real estate team and who will buy into the growth strategy of the firm and its leadership team.
This is an opportunity to be a key player in developing a real estate practice and thus shaping the future of a highly reputable full service commercial law firm in Manchester.
