You will be expected to quickly pick up and manage these intricate matters independently to an extent, with support of an experienced team around you when required.
There is also a strong emphasis on visiting the property assets that you are working on across the UK.
What We’re Looking For
-
An experienced Property Solicitor with a solid background in commercial real estate transactions.
-
Strong technical skills in complex leasing transactions (office leases, agreements for lease) are essential.
-
Experience Level: While we expect the successful candidate to have around 3 to 6 years of PQE, we will happily consider candidates who fall outside this range but possess the requisite skills and commercial maturity.
-
A pragmatic, commercially minded lawyer who thrives on being a strategic advisor and enjoys building a deep, exclusive relationship with one coreclient.
-
Someone seeking a different pace and structure for their next career move, keen to drop the private practice billing mentality.
Work Structure
The role is based in Manchester and requires 5 days per week office attendance to maintain the close client relationship and team synergy. However, there is some flex with this – we can discuss with you.
