An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation lawyer to join a highly regarded national law firm in Leeds as either a Legal Director or Partner. This is a genuine strategic hire within a well-established national team of more than 50 property litigation specialists, including a thriving Leeds team of 13 lawyers. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, high-quality work and commitment to developing and progressing its people.

Work
The team advises a broad range of public and private sector clients on complex and high-value property disputes, including:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals and security of tenure matters
- Dilapidations claims
- Development and regeneration projects
- Telecommunications and Electronic Communications Code issues
- Property-related contractual disputes
- Strategic portfolio management and asset protection matters
Recent instructions have included:
- Advising major public sector organisations on large-scale property portfolios
- Supporting multi-million‑pound city centre regeneration projects
- Acting on complex disputes involving development land and strategic assets
- Advising on telecommunications infrastructure affecting redevelopment opportunities
