Excellent opportunity for an ambitious housing litigator to join a thriving team advising 100+ Registered Providers, local authorities and private landlords

The Role

Run your own varied caseload including:

• Injunctions and possession claims
• Disrepair litigation
• Policy and advisory work
• Complex multi-party matters

You’ll work directly with clients, manage expectations, and take real ownership of files from inception to resolution. Supervision of junior lawyers and paralegals included.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years PQE in housing management/property litigation
• Strong technical ability and case management skills
• Experience running your own files independently
• Client relationship management and business development flair
• CILEx lawyers must hold Civil Litigation Practice Rights
