Real estate lawyer required for an excellent opportunity in a top tier international practice in Manchester. The firm ranks as one of the top 25 in the UK, and the successful real estate lawyer joining this team will work under partners considered to be among the best in their field ranked highly by both the Legal 500 and Chambers.
The real estate team in Manchester act for clients throughout the UK and internationally including landowners, landlords and tenants, occupiers, contractors, developers, and funders across the telecommunications, local and central government, corporate, education, retail, and financial services sectors.

This work will be across a range of sectors for some blue-chip occupier clients. This position is ideally suited to real estate lawyers with some experience - ideally at least a seat in a training contract. The team is particularly interested in someone with corporate occupier experience.
Ideally candidates will have the following attributes:
- A solid academic background
- Technical knowledge and commercial acumen appropriate to their level
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in developing and investing in their clients' skills.
