About the team
This is a busy, well-regarded Real Estate team led by a group of pragmatic and commercially-minded equity partners who are genuinely invested in developing their people.
- Daily and weekly catch-ups with senior team members
- Detailed file reviews and hands-on training input
- Genuine variety — general commercial property, L&T, acquisitions & disposals, site acquisitions, private development, and housing association developer work
- The opportunity to work across the full breadth of the team's caseload
What we're looking for
- Solid transactional experience — comfortable with matters such as easements, title investigation, and restrictive covenants
- Confident handling of day-to-day commercial property work, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Development experience is a bonus but not essential — most candidates at this level won't have it, and that's not a barrier
- A collaborative, hard-working approach — this is a fast-paced team with clear expectations around turnaround times and time recording
Working pattern
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home, with the team working from home on Fridays
- Office hours 9.00am–5.30pm, with flexibility around personal commitments
- Full home office set-up provided
