Our client is a leading international law firm with a highly regarded Real Estate practice in Manchester, covering high value and top-end transactional real estate work. The Manchester team acts for a strong roster of blue-chip, institutional and household-name clients.
The firm has excellent modern new offices and the Manchester Real Estate team continues to grow off the back of some exceptional new mandates.
About the role
We're looking for a transactional Real Estate lawyer at 1–4 years' PQE. This is a genuine opportunity to work on complex, larger-scale deals rather than high-volume, lower-value work.
- Core transactional real estate — acquisitions, disposals and related work
- Exposure to complex and larger deal transactions is the key requirement — more important than a narrow practice specialism
- Open to candidates from smaller firms, provided they can evidence strong, relevant experience
- At junior level, landlord & tenant experience, genuine hands-on deal exposure, and strong academics will stand out
- Candidates should be excited by the prospect of high-calibre client work and complex matters
