Having been in business for 10 years, we have been fortunate to grow organically, hiring the best talent available who deliver a world class service to our exceptional clients and candidates. Due to continued success, we are seeking to recruit a specialist legal recruiter to work on an exceptionally warm desk in Manchester, taking over established relationships and a strong pipeline.

Ideally you will be someone with legal recruitment experience and a track record of delivering, though we are open to hearing from people with less experience, those currently working as in-house recruiters, or those seeking a change from a different area of professional services. You will receive guidance and mentoring from industry experts with a long track record of success in this niche market.

What sets us apart from the rest?

  • Never just a number: Our approach to recruitment is about prioritising the needs of clients and candidates and placing them at the heart of what we do. We care what happens.
  • More than just money: We believe success is measured in many ways, not just financial performance. Relationships matter and add value.
  • Tech enabled - People focussed: We continue to embrace technology to drive efficiency but not to replace or distract from delivering a personal service. Our focus is to use technology to free time up for busy consultants to focus on what they do best.
  • It has to be enjoyable: Life is too short to not try to find enjoyment in the everyday.

We have a leading benefits and holiday package, actively practice what we preach when it comes to flexible working, and offer competitive salaries and an uncapped commission scheme.
