The Opportunity
The successful candidate will support the founders, working closely with a highly regarded disputes specialist on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. There is also significant exposure to intellectual property disputes, with training provided for candidates keen to develop expertise in this area.
- Assisting on a wide range of commercial litigation matters.
- Supporting intellectual property disputes, including issued proceedings.
- Managing cases through all stages of the litigation process.
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and contributing to case strategy.
- Liaising with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders.
- Contributing to the continued growth of an ambitious boutique practice.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately 1 year’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation.
- An interest in Intellectual Property Litigation is desirable but not essential.
