Our client, a well-established regional law firm with an excellent reputation in the North West, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ) to join their growing and supportive corporate team based in Manchester city centre. The Role
- Assisting on larger M&A transactions
- Managing smaller transactions under supervision
- Advising on restructures, investments, and joint ventures
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements
- Providing general company law and governance advice
You’ll also have opportunities to work closely with clients, contribute to team business development initiatives.
About You
- Is newly qualified or has up to 1 year’s PQE in corporate law
- Has a genuine interest in developing technical and commercial skills
