Our client, a top-tier national and international law firm with a highly ranked, fast-growing Manchester finance practice, is looking to appoint an Associate (1-4 PQE) to join their Finance team. The Role
- You'll join a national finance team handling major regional and national banking transactions spanning corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance.
- You'll work with an impressive roster of UK and international clients, gaining exposure to complex, high-value deals while building your specialist expertise and professional network.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real estate finance.
- Handling a mix of regional, national and international transactions.
