The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join their team and work alongside the Head of Corporate in shaping the future of the department. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone ready to make their mark in the Cheshire market and build a reputation as a go‑to corporate advisor. The role offers genuine career progression, with appointments considered at Senior Associate, Partner Designate, or Partner level, depending on experience and aspirations.
The Work
You’ll handle quality transactional work for a diverse client base of owner‑managed businesses and SMEs. Transaction values range from smaller deals through to £100m+, giving you excellent variety and scope. Your work will focus on corporate transactional matters, including:
- Company formations and structures
- Share incentive and option schemes
- Shareholder agreements
- Articles of association
- Share reorganisations
