A fast-growing and innovative organisation is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (3–7 PQE) to join its high-performing team. With a strong presence internationally, and now growing in the UK (with offices in Manchester and London), this award-winning firm has a fresh approach to legal work through cutting-edge technology, a unique model, and a collaborative approach that empowers clients and lawyers alike.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting a diverse client base on a range of corporate transactions. The successful candidate will focus on M&A, capital raising and general corporate matters, including:

  • Business sales and acquisitions
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Equity and debt funding rounds
  • Share buy-backs and corporate restructures
  • Business structuring, loans, and governance

You’ll work closely with clients and provide commercially sound advice, being open to a range of work in an environment where no one day is the same.

Key Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ PQE in corporate work at a reputable firm
  • Strong experience in M&A, with capital raising a bonus
  • Proven ability to manage workflows and client relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, client-focused, and adaptable
  • Based in or willing to travel occasionally to Manchester; remote/hybrid options available
