The group handles a broad defendant caseload — NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, MDOs, independent healthcare providers and medical malpractice insurers — and is consistently recognised at the top of the Legal 500 rankings in the sector.

What the role involves:
- Running your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters from instruction through to resolution
