Join a market-leading Real Estate Disputes team as part of an ambitious growth strategy. This is a rare chance to work on high-value, complex litigation matters for an impressive client base including major retailers, landlords, developers, and financial institutions.
You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious property work including:
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Dilapidations claims
- Break notices, forfeiture and possession actions
- Insolvency‑related property matters
- Professional negligence claims
Working alongside 2 Partners and a strong team of Managing Associates and peers, you’ll run your own matters with supervision whilst supporting on precedent-setting and cross-border cases. Early responsibility is encouraged within a genuinely supportive environment.
