A leading national healthcare litigation team is looking to bring in an Associate to join its growing practice in Leeds. It’s a well-established team with a strong reputation in defendant clinical negligence work, acting for NHS bodies and other healthcare organisations on a broad range of matters.
The role
You’ll be working across a mix of:
- Clinical negligence claims
- EL/PL matters within a healthcare setting
Day to day, that will include managing your own files (with support where needed) as well as assisting on more complex claims. Expect a good spread of work – from investigations and witness evidence through to settlement discussions, mediations and the occasional trial. There’s also the chance to get involved in secondments with NHS clients, which gives a bit more variety and closer client exposure.
