A creative marketing agency for the Entertainment Age. Over the past 20 years, we’ve created more than 10,000 campaigns for the world\’s best storytellers and most loved entertainment franchises. With teams centered around Los Angeles and London, we bring marketing, content, and media expertise to every project — independent, major, brand, or franchise. We are growing at a rapid pace and are looking for a Video Producer to join our Content team and build on our work of delivering world-class service to entertainment studios.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, and data-obsessed Social Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has spent many moons deep in Sprinklr dashboards, is downright intimate with native platform reporting tools, and can bridge the gap between understanding the data and helping others to understand data through succinct, social-aware storytelling.
Experience and Skills Required:
- You have 2+ years of experience in social media data and analytics
- You have a high proficiency in third-party reporting tools such as Sprinklr and Sprout Social and are comfortable building dashboards from the ground up
- You have technical proficiency with back-end data set-up in Sprinklr and Airtable
- You’ve got metaphoric binoculars into always-changing APIs and features within 3rd party reporting tools and an internal drive to connect the dots around how new updates can bring value to managed channels/active KPIs
- You’re a native platform analytics expert across all social platforms such as Meta Business Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok, and X
- You’re proficient with presentation writing and data storytelling skills
- You are comfortable discussing metrics such as reach, engagement rate, sentiment, and audience growth clearly & concisely, and can determine KPIs based on a project’s goals
- You have experience producing client-facing reports that include actionable insights to inform social media strategy
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable with both independent work and collaborating with a team (remotely – we’re Zoom & Slack Huddle people)
- You are highly organized and reliable with deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards in platforms such as Sprinklr and Sprout Social that track post performance, social listening, audience engagement, and more
- Create and implement content tagging strategies to track campaign performance
- Analyze social media performance analytics and communicate them clearly to your team and clients
- Craft & present stellar client-facing reports that are impactful, succinct, and show meaningful, actionable insights for continued optimizations against KPIs
- Development of reports from manually-mined data
- Assist in audience research toward new business opportunities to inform recommended strategies
