Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic and growing content team. This person must have strong experience in digital and video editing skills, in particular in motion graphics. You will hold a mid‑level role as part of a talented department, designing and bringing to life digital and social media campaigns for global brands and entertainment clients. This role will involve designing original creative, as well as working with and modifying creative initiated by others. You need to be a creative thinker, detail‑oriented, confident, and able to express ideas and concepts to other team members in an articulate, well‑thought‑out manner. Most importantly, we want you to be passionate about design and creating a final product that both the client and we can be proud of.

Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong motion graphics capabilities in After Effects, including kinetic text animation, rotoscoping and motion tracking (Mocha).
- Comfortable with scene compositing, creating bespoke transitions, and using and developing templates.
- Premiere Pro skills that demonstrate a sharp eye for storytelling and edit flow, with the ability to seamlessly integrate After Effects work into edits.
- Basic sound design abilities, colour grading skills, and Photoshop proficiency for scene compositing and light photo editing using non‑destructive workflows.
We Would Love to Hear From You If You Have
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop)
- Experience using project sharing programs such as Frame.io and Box
- A portfolio demonstrating outstanding and flexible creative design and typographic skills including social video executions
- Considerable experience designing for social media content
- A strong understanding of video storytelling
