About the Job

As an Account Manager, you’ll own day‑to‑day relationships with marquee studio and streamer clients, and oversee best‑in‑class work across social, creative production, creator marketing, events, and data/insights. You bring infectious energy, a proactive, can‑do mindset, and the ability to see around corners and predict client needs. You’re the conductor who keeps everything in sync and on track. This role is remotely based in the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the bridge between the client and the agency – understand client needs and ensure deliverables align with what was promised.
  • Translate client objectives into smart briefs and measurable scopes of work that ladder up to the goals.
  • Set agendas, lead status/creative reviews, and circulate notes with clear decisions and next steps.
  • Own and manage timelines, budgets, and resourcing; keep work on scope and on time.
  • Anticipate needs, risks, and approvals. Propose solutions before they’re asked for.
  • Track account health, margin, and forecast; flag risks early and course‑correct.
  • Turn wins into case studies that open doors to more work.
  • Champion smarter processes and tools that make delivery faster and better.
  • Bring enthusiasm and positivity – your energy lifts the room.

What success looks like

  • Client satisfaction & retention – strong relationships, repeat briefs, retained work.
  • Revenue & profitability – healthy margins, accurate forecasting, and steady growth.
  • Flawless delivery – clear comms, clean approvals, assets live on time and on brief.
  • Scope integrity – expectations set, risks managed, changes documented.
  • Impact – work that moves the needle – reach, engagement, EMV, and fan love.

Who You Are

  • 4+ years in client services/account management at a creative or social agency.
  • Proven leadership on high‑profile entertainment accounts running digital/social campaigns, creative campaigns, or creator campaigns.
  • Commercially savvy – confident at scoping, costing and managing a budget.
  • Expert communicator – strong meeting facilitation and client expectation setting.
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys the details – able to brief, QA, and ship with precision.
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge of tools (e.g., Airtable, Google Workspace); comfortable with social platform nuances and creator workflows.
  • Calm under pressure; thrive on tight timelines and shifting priorities.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work with some of the world's leading entertainment brands and franchises.
  • A dynamic and creative environment where data meets storytelling.
  • A flexible, remote‑first work culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A chance to shape the future of fandom‑building through data‑driven strategies.
