About Think Jam

We are a leading entertainment creative agency serving the world's top fandoms and franchises on the frontlines of social.

We work in partnership with studios, streamers and IP holders to give these fandoms a voice on social media, and turn marketing channels into vibrant homes for entertainment, with highly engaged communities.

We are a globally remote, highly ambitious team, who bring their passion to work every day.

We are curious about what's next, move quickly, and believe emerging technology has the potential to fundamentally reshape how entertainment marketing is made.

The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on leader in AI architecture, development and business process design, with the curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset to constantly explore what new technology makes possible.

This role is a pivotal investment in the future of our business, as we look to leverage rapidly advancing AI technologies to transform the way we design our products, manage our teams, and deliver for our clients.

You will not just be writing code; you will be analyzing our core business processes and translating them into autonomous, multi‑agent AI workflows.

The work will encompass all of our internal operations, as well as all our key products and outputs, such as influencer marketing campaigns, creative content, social copy, data insights and analytics, editorial content, and long‑form video.

Rather than operating as a siloed technology function, you will embed yourself within each business area to understand its unique challenges and opportunities.

Success in the role means success in implementing improvements to all areas.

This role is fully remote within the UK, but you must be prepared to travel to London regularly for in‑person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Leadership and
  • Driving

Innovation: Drive cultural change in the business through education of our staff to ensure the adoption of new technologies and new processes.

Be across the latest developments in AI and other technologies, experiment actively with emerging tools and models, and innovate ways these can be deployed to improve our business.

  • Process

Architecture: Map out the complex workflows of our business, our products, and our teams, and, alongside leadership, set priorities for development and innovation to meaningfully improve our output and productivity.

Identify bottlenecks, repetitive work and opportunities where technology could fundamentally change how the work gets done.

  • Multi-Agent

Development: Design and deploy multi-agent systems where distinct AI personas collaborate to solve real business problems or deliver complex products.

Move quickly from ideas and prototypes into systems that teams actually use.

  • API Integrations & Tool

Building: Equip your AI agents with tools.

This includes integrating multimodal LLMs, programmatic video/audio APIs, social publishing APIs, creative tools and platforms, and logistics trackers.

  • Guardrails & Reliability: Design robust human checkpoints.

Ensure the AI system fails gracefully, asks for human clarification when unsure, and, for example, never hallucinates brand guidelines or publishes without approval.

  • Data & Infrastructure: Implement data retention systems so agents can reference e. g. historical campaign or channel performance, brand voice guidelines, or specific product manuals, and ensure implemented solutions meet strict data protection requirements.

Who You Are

  • Pragmatic and

Entrepreneurial: Focused on wider business goals rather than being bogged down in minutiae, with a strong appetite for change and innovation.

You think commercially, move quickly and care about outcomes rather than technology for technology's sake.

  • High Agency and

Curious: You are naturally experimental.

You try new models, tools and APIs because you want to understand what they can do.

When you identify an opportunity, your instinct is to prototype, test and learn rather than wait for a perfectly formed brief.

  • Systems Thinker: You possess a "product manager" mindset. You can sit with a team member, understand their processes, goals, and challenges, and design a technical solution.
  • Core Engineering: 4+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Python. You build scalable, production-ready code.
  • Agentic AI Experience: Proven, hands‑on experience building multi‑agent workflows or complex LLM orchestration pipelines (e. g.

Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Llama Index, Crew AI, Auto Gen).

  • Multimodal AI Knowledge: Experience working with Vision‑Language Models (VLMs) and an understanding of how to process video, images, and audio through Gen AI pipelines.
  • API & Cloud Native: Strong experience chaining external APIs together and deploying applications securely on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Bonus Points If You Have
  • Familiarity with social media APIs (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube).
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (e. g., Adobe Suite / APIs, automated rendering).
  • Prior experience in Ad Tech, digital marketing, or the wider entertainment industry.
  • A genuine interest in internet culture, social platforms, creators and the intersection between technology and entertainment.
  • A portfolio, Git Hub, prototype or half‑finished experiment you're excited to show us.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic and creative environment with an emphasis on company culture.
  • You will be the foundational AI hire, with significant freedom to experiment, prototype and influence how an established creative business evolves around AI.
  • Access to the latest frontier models, APIs, and cloud architecture required to build world‑class systems.
