My client is urgently looking for a JAMF Technical Support Engineer to support iOS devices. You will have 3+ years in a technical support role, with experience in JAMF and managing Apple iOS devices.
You will have a strong understanding of iOS devices and the Apple ecosystem, providing support to customers with issues related to Apple iOS devices, including iPhones and iPads. Experience in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems efficiently is required.
You will provide guidance on software updates, app installations, and device settings, work with other teams to resolve complex issues, improve support processes, and educate customers on the features and benefits of Apple products and services.
