The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on L3 System Engineer with deep Kubernetes experience. You’ll own the deployment, maintenance, and operation of Linux & Windows servers, containerized environments, and virtualization platforms across multiple global datacenters. This is not just an ops role — you’ll help design, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure, lead escalations, and ensure our systems run 24x7 with zero downtime.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters on Linux & Windows.
- Hands‑on with Calico, Kubelet, Helm, Docker/containerd, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows.
- Manage global Linux and Windows servers, virtualization platforms (KVM/SolusVM), and VPS hosting environments.
- Oversee automation and billing integrations via WHMCS.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve critical server, network, and container issues quickly.
- Plan and execute scaling, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Implement best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Mentor and support technical staff for smooth 24x7 operations.
Must‑Have Skills
- 3+ years Kubernetes experience (Linux & Windows).
- Expertise with Calico, Kubelet, Helm, Docker/containerd, ArgoCD, GitOps.
- Proven experience in hosting & VPS environments.
- Experience with KVM, SolusVM, WHMCS.
- Comfortable in 24x7 operational environments handling incidents under pressure.
- Independent, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset.
Nice‑to‑Have
- OpenStack or other cloud platform experience.
- Fintech or high‑traffic hosting background.
