Are you a growth-obsessed marketing maestro who thrives in the fast lane? Do you eat data for breakfast, optimise funnels for lunch, and A/B test for dinner? Do you get a little too excited about AI, analytics, and scaling brands at breakneck speed? If so, keep reading—we might just have your dream job.

At ThinkHuge.net, we’re not just another tech company—we own and operate ForexVPS.net, HowToTrade.com, AlgoBuilder.com, and TrackATrader.com, among others. We provide top-tier technology solutions in the fintech space, helping traders and businesses thrive. With thousands of 5-star reviews, a fully remote team of nearly 100, and a multi-million-dollar advertising budget, we’re on a mission to do even more. And we need YOU to help us do it.

We also believe in building strong connections, which is why we host international meet-ups throughout the year—because remote work is great, but sometimes you need to strategise (and celebrate) face-to-face.

Reporting directly to our CMO, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth of our entire portfolio of brands—both B2C and B2B. This is NOT a job for the faint of heart or for someone who enjoys waiting around for instructions. We move fast, we experiment, we test, we break things (in a good way), and we iterate until we win.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimising marketing strategies across seven brands with a team of 11 talented marketers under your wing.
  • Scaling campaigns across paid, organic, and referral channels—because marketing is changing at a rapid pace and we need to be firing on many fronts.
  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities that others miss. (If you’re someone who gets excited by "what if we tried this..." ideas, you’re in the right place.)
  • Leveraging AI to enhance operations, creative output, and data-driven decision-making. We don’t just want to keep up—we want to lead the charge.
  • Working closely with the product, dev, and ops teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Mastering ad platforms, creative execution, A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and product-led growth—because growth isn’t just about marketing, it’s about smart business decisions.
  • Doing whatever it takes to drive results. There’s no "that’s not my job" here. We roll up our sleeves, get stuck in, and make things happen.

You have experience in the fintech industry—ideally in trading, gaming, or infrastructure-as-a-service. You’ve led teams before and know how to rally the troops, keep morale high, and get things done. You love AI and are constantly looking for new ways to leverage it for growth, efficiency, and creative output. You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth—not just vanity metrics, but real, tangible business impact. You thrive in a remote environment and know how to manage, communicate, and collaborate effectively across time zones. You’re highly proactive—we don’t do hand-holding here. You see opportunities, you take ownership, and you make things happen. You enjoy a challenge—this isn’t a cushy corporate gig. We have big goals, big budgets, and big expectations. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in. You have aspirations to step into a Head of Growth role and are hungry to prove yourself at the highest level. You possess a sharp business mind—understanding not just marketing, but the bigger picture of how products, user experience, and data all come together to drive growth.

Why You Should Join Us:

  • Work with a fully remote, global team that actually knows how to work remotely (no endless Zoom calls here!).
  • Manage multi-million-dollar ad budgets and drive real impact.
  • Be part of a company that moves fast, innovates constantly, and isn’t afraid to take risks.
  • Enjoy a culture of ownership, autonomy, and results-driven thinking.
  • Be at the forefront of AI-driven marketing and growth strategies.
  • Travel the world with us for international team meet-ups!

Think you’re up for the challenge? Prove it. Send us a brief but compelling application telling us why you’re the Growth Manager we need. Show us some of your past wins, your approach to scaling brands, and how you think AI will shape marketing in the next 12 months. We don’t just want another employee—we want a growth-obsessed powerhouse who’s ready to take ThinkHuge.net to the next level. Let’s make it happen.
