The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sustainable, data‑led revenue growth across Think Hire by aligning marketing, commercial, and customer insights into a single, coherent operating rhythm. The role exists to turn data into action: identifying opportunities, improving conversion, supporting campaign design, and ensuring the business has clear, accurate visibility of performance, ROI, and pipeline quality. This role will be instrumental in enabling smarter decisions, faster execution, and more predictable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Performance Insight
- Own and develop reporting across the full revenue lifecycle: enquiry, quotation, conversion, order, retention, and expansion.
- Analyse marketing, commercial, and customer data to identify revenue opportunities, risks, and trends.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reporting for senior stakeholders, including: Conversion rates, Customer concentration, Campaign ROI, Revenue by sector, product, and customer segment, CRM and revenue systems stewardship, Revenue forecasting and predictability, End‑to‑end revenue process design and optimisation, KPI definition, consistency, and governance.
- Customer Success collaboration across the revenue lifecycle.
- Marketing & Commercial Enablement
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns and initiatives are: Data‑led, Targeted at the right customers and sectors, Measurable in terms of ROI and revenue impact.
- Translate insight into practical campaigns, initiatives, and experiments that drive: Higher‑quality enquiries, Improved conversion, Increased average contract value, Better customer retention and expansion.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of: Customer behaviour and buying patterns, Sector dynamics and demand signals, Account growth potential (Land & Expand).
- Segment customers and opportunities to support: Targeted marketing activity, Framework and key account strategies.
- Operational Rhythm & Governance
- Establish a consistent revenue operations cadence, including weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidence across systems (CRM, marketing platforms, finance inputs).
- Act as the bridge between Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership, ensuring: Shared definitions of success, Clear ownership of actions, Accountability against outcomes.
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or friction points across the revenue process.
- Recommend and implement improvements to tools, processes, and reporting.
- Support adoption of new platforms, technologies, or methodologies that improve insight and execution.
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
- Experience working across marketing, sales, and revenue data.
- Comfortable building and presenting reports for senior stakeholders.
- Experience designing and measuring campaigns or initiatives tied directly to revenue.
- High attention to detail with a commercial mindset.
- Experience in B2B, hire, construction, energy, or infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and BI tools.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management and account‑based strategies.
