Position Overview: The Aftersales Manager is responsible for the maintenance and support services for renewable energy installations, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing engineers, coordinating field operations, and working closely with clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in renewable energy technologies and proven leadership in managing service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the field engineers and support staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Service Operations: Oversee all service and maintenance activities for renewable energy installations, including scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdowns/repairs.
- Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing service inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring timely resolution of any issues related to equipment performance.
- Field Service Coordination: Organise and manage field service operations, dispatching engineers to various project sites as needed, ensuring quick and effective responses to equipment breakdowns.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed service records, including service schedules, work orders, repair logs, and cost tracking, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on equipment performance, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction, implementing improvement strategies where necessary.

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generator, construction equipment, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
