You will be responsible for maintaining the growth of new and existing customers by taking enquires over the phone and email. Arranging stock and logistics whilst providing outstanding customer support and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal with customer enquiries over the phone or email in a timely manner, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service with our customer base.
- Develop close customer working relationships with all our customers to ensure new and repeat orders and enquiries.
- Communicate with depots & Suppliers for stock requirements.
- Raising quotes, hire contracts, organising stock and transport to ensure a smooth process for the customer.
- Process off hires and arrange transport whist communicating with the customer.
- Coordinating effectively with other colleagues to ensure the customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Effectively undertake 'administration duties’
- Follow company policies and procedures relating to the hire desk process.
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Friendly
- Good telephone manner
- Basic computer skills
- A reliable, self-starter who is resilient and able to act under pressure
