The Role:
- Provide individual coaching and pastoral support to help students stay on track
- Deliver engaging group sessions focusing on personal development and employability skills
- Work closely with curriculum and wellbeing teams to promote student engagement, retention, and success
- Identify and respond to the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND and at-risk students
You will need:
- GCSE Maths and English (essential)
- Sound knowledge of student engagement strategies, personal development coaching, and safeguarding principles
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including SEND and vulnerable learners
- Strong understanding of barriers to learning, social mobility, and inclusion
- Excellent communication, motivational, and organisational skills
