A well-regarded and welcoming college based on a beautiful rural campus in Northampton is looking for a Plumbing Lecturer to join their construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from industry who wants to move into teaching, with full support and training provided to help you make the transition.
Whether you already have teaching experience or are completely new to education, the college is committed to supporting your development and will fully fund your teaching qualification.

The Role
You will be teaching and supporting full-time and part-time students studying Plumbing and Heating qualifications from Levels 1–3. The role combines practical workshop delivery with classroom-based learning, helping learners develop the skills and confidence needed for the industry.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating or a related discipline
• Industry experience within plumbing
• A passion for developing future tradespeople
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Teaching experience is not essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
