Are you an experienced Land-Based Engineer ready for a new challenge? A well-respected land-based college in Warwickshire is looking for a Land-Based Engineering Lecturer to help develop the next generation of engineers. If you're new to teaching, full training and support will be provided.

You'll teach Level 2 and Level 3 learners, delivering practical and classroom-based sessions covering the servicing, maintenance and repair of agricultural and land-based machinery, including tractors, harvesters, groundcare equipment and modern hydraulic, electrical and diagnostic systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Land-Based Engineering or a related subject
  • Strong industry experience maintaining and repairing land-based machinery
  • Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
  • A passion for sharing your skills and supporting learners
  • Teaching experience is welcome but not essential
