Responsibilities

The role includes delivering high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across Beauty programmes, helping learners develop the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed within the industry. You’ll create an inclusive and engaging learning environment while supporting learners to achieve their full potential through both practical and theory‑based sessions. Teaching may include some evening delivery as part of the 37‑hour working week.

Essential Requirements
  • Experienced Lecturer in Beauty
  • Recent industry experience within the Beauty sector
  • Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty
  • PGCE, DTLLS or Certificate in Education
  • Assessors’ Award (or willingness to complete)

You'll also need to be:

  • Passionate about developing future beauty professionals
  • An excellent communicator with strong classroom management skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire learners from a range of backgrounds
  • Committed to safeguarding, equality and high‑quality teaching standards
