Are you a seasoned Fire & Security Engineer ready to inspire the next generation of talent? A forward-thinking training provider based in Cheshire is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate individual to join their growing apprenticeship delivery team. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Fire and Security Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance who is ready to take a step into teaching and mentoring. You’ll be delivering the Fire, Emergency and Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, helping learners develop real-world, career-ready skills.
About the Role
- Deliver classroom and workshop-based training Monday to Friday (WFH Mondays)
- Focus on practical and theoretical teaching for apprentices across key fire and security disciplines
- Use your industry expertise to guide learners through their qualifications and towards EPA success
- Full support to gain teaching qualifications if not already held
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in Fire and Security systems
- Strong practical background and ability to explain core principles clearly
- Knowledge of key systems such as FIA, FireQual, and Milestone Advanced
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine desire to support learners and help shape future engineers
