The Opportunity

We are recruiting for two Admin Assistants to join a busy and welcoming college in Northamptonshire. These roles are ideal for individuals with a strong administrative background, excellent organisational skills, and a desire to contribute to a supportive educational environment. Term-time only availability is on offer for the part-time role, offering flexibility to suit different lifestyles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Tracking and managing student absences
  • Organising key meetings with college staff, students, and parents
  • Supporting core college events
  • Acting as a main point of contact for staff, students, and external visitors
  • Preparing paperwork and sending invitations for EHCP reviews
  • Producing letters and general communications

What do you need?

  • GCSE Maths and English (A–C / 4–9)
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with data – extracting, reporting, and inputting into systems
