The role:
- As Curriculum Leader in Games Design and Creative Media, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, while helping to shape an engaging and inclusive curriculum that reflects both awarding body requirements and industry needs.
- You will set high expectations and aspirations across the provision, contributing to curriculum planning, quality improvement and learner outcomes.
- Working closely with colleagues and external partners, you will help create an outstanding learning experience that supports progression, confidence and achievement.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, inclusive and effective teaching, learning and assessment.
- Support learners academically and pastorally to help them reach their full potential.
- Contribute to curriculum design, development and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:
- A relevant teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area.
- Teaching experience within games design, creative media or a related curriculum area.
- Evidence of continuing professional development.
- Experience of quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification.
- Experience of successful course and curriculum development.
- A strong track record of improving learner outcomes and quality of education.
- The ability to motivate, inspire and support learners and colleagues.
- A commitment to high standards, inclusion and learner progression.
