About the Role: We're working with a well-regarded further education college in Greater Manchester who are looking for a Catering and Hospitality Lecturer. You'll be delivering Professional Cookery to students from Entry Level 3 up to Level 3, with a focus on practical, high-quality teaching informed by your own vocational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Professional Cookery across Entry 3 to Level 3 courses
- Deliver engaging, hands-on lessons that develop learners' technical and industry-related skills
- Support students pastorally and academically
- Contribute to curriculum planning and team collaboration within the department
Ideal candidate:
- Level 3 qualification in Professional Cookery
- A recognised teaching qualification
