About the Role

Working as part of the Apprenticeship Plumbing team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and play a key role in supporting them through every stage of their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out workplace assessments
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to learners
  • Monitor apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standard
  • Liaise with employers and learners to ensure a cohesive learning experience
  • Lead on standardisation activities
  • Coordinate the Internal Verification (IV) process

  • Industry experience in plumbing
  • Experience assessing apprenticeships (or willingness to work towards an assessor qualification)
