About the Role
- Working as part of the Apprenticeship Gas team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and guide them through every stage of their programme.
- Plan and carry out workplace assessments.
- Deliver high-quality training and support to learners.
- Monitor apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standard.
- Build strong relationships with employers and learners.
- Lead on standardisation activities.
- Coordinate the Internal Verification (IV) process.
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in gas engineering.
- Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. ACS certifications).
- Experience assessing apprenticeships (or willingness to achieve an assessor qualification).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for supporting learners in a work-based setting.
