About the Role

  • Working as part of the Apprenticeship Gas team, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and guide them through every stage of their programme.
  • Plan and carry out workplace assessments.
  • Deliver high-quality training and support to learners.
  • Monitor apprentice progress to ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and learners.
  • Lead on standardisation activities.
  • Coordinate the Internal Verification (IV) process.

What We're Looking For

  • Industry experience in gas engineering.
  • Relevant gas qualifications (e.g. ACS certifications).
  • Experience assessing apprenticeships (or willingness to achieve an assessor qualification).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for supporting learners in a work-based setting.
