About the Role
We are seeking a talented and engaging ICT & Digital Technologies Teacher to support delivery of T‑Level Digital qualifications and Level 2 Technical qualifications. This role focuses on developing strong technical, practical, and professional skills in learners to prepare them for successful careers in the digital sector. You will deliver core units including problem solving, introduction to analytics, emerging issues, legislation & regulatory requirements, digital environments, and data & code. You will also support assessment activities, contribute to internal quality assurance processes, and help learners develop real‑world skills. This is a practical, hands‑on teaching role with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students’ progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across ICT, computing and digital areas.
- Support student assessments and feedback.
- Participate in quality assurance and curriculum development.
- Help students develop technical competencies in areas such as networking, cybersecurity, data management, and programming (Python, Java, or similar).
What We’re Looking For
- Teaching experience in ICT, computing or digital technologies (formal teaching qualification desirable but not essential).
- Strong practical knowledge of ICT and digital systems.
- Experience with industry tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Cisco, SQL databases) is an advantage.
- Ability to support learners effectively and promote their digital skill development.
