Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging Foundation Learning and Animal Care sessions to students with additional learning needs
  • Develop learning support programmes and teaching materials tailored to individual student requirements
  • Assess learners’ initial support needs and monitor ongoing progress
  • Supervise and support a team of Learning Support Assistants
  • Arrange and coordinate appropriate exam access arrangements and additional support

  • A minimum of Grade C / 4 in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
