Ideal Background:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant specialism.
- Strong experience working with agricultural machinery such as tractors and combine harvesters.
- Knowledge of diesel systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics (tickets highly desirable).

Teacher Training & Support:
- Fully funded Level 5 Teaching Qualification (apprenticeship route).
- 1.5 hours per week of protected study time.
