What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across Entry Level to Level 3 Electrical programmes.
- Lead subject pedagogy, ensuring curriculum delivery reflects current industry standards, employer expectations and future workforce needs.
- Translate real-world electrical industry practice into engaging and inspiring learning experiences.
- Design, develop and continually review high-quality curriculum resources and learning materials.
