Security Officer – Permanent – Ofsted ‘Good’ College in Northamptonshire Salary: £25,625 per annum Location: Northamptonshire Contract: Permanent, Full Time – 4 days on, 4 days off rolling rota, 12-hour shifts (days/nights). (6am – 6pm / 6pm – 6am) About the Role: Join a supportive and dedicated Estates Support team at an Ofsted ‘Good’ college in Northamptonshire. As a Security Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the security, safety and welfare of students, staff and visitors across campus. You’ll provide a visible, proactive presence, engaging positively with the college community while managing incidents, CCTV monitoring, and access control.
