This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry experience in Carpentry or Bricklaying who is passionate about supporting apprentices to succeed both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and group coaching to support apprentice progress and achievement
- Set SMART targets and action plans covering skills, behaviours, and attendance
- Monitor learner progress and intervene early where concerns arise
- Support at-risk apprentices to improve engagement, attendance, and retention
- Deliver personal development sessions focused on employability and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with tutors, employers, and internal support teams
- Provide pastoral support and make referrals to specialist services where appropriate
What do you need?
- Level 3 qualification in Carpentry or Bricklaying
- Strong hands-on industry experience within construction
- Experience supporting apprentices or learners in the workplace would be highly beneficial
