Salary: £24,487 pro rata

Annual Leave: 33 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

The Role

As Curriculum Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of curriculum activity across the college. You will help ensure records are accurate, meetings are well organised, and staff, students and parents receive a professional and helpful service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking, recording and managing student absence
  • Organising, attending and taking minutes at key meetings involving college staff, students and parents
  • Supporting the organisation of college events
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Producing letters to parents and handling other communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting general curriculum administration
What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE Maths and English at minimum Grade C/4 or equivalent
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to collate, manage and present data accurately
  • A professional, approachable and proactive attitude
  • Experience in a college, school or education setting would be beneficial, but strong administrators from other backgrounds will also be considered.
