A Leading Further Education Provider in Northampton is seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Assessor to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting workplace assessments for plumbing apprentices, ensuring they meet the standards outlined in apprenticeship frameworks. You will provide personalised feedback and guidance to learners, helping them progress and succeed in their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out high-quality workplace assessments in line with apprenticeship standards

  • Experience working with qualification and assessment frameworks and external bodies
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Desirable:
  • A Level 4 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards this)
