Full Time 37 Hours Per Week – Warwickshire, temporary (until at least May) with strong potential to go permanent. We are working with a well-established, highly regarded further education college in Warwickshire, recognised for its strong creative provision, supportive leadership team, and commitment to student progression. Due to increased demand within their Creative Arts department, they are looking to appoint three Art & Design Lecturers to deliver UAL Awarding Body courses across Levels 1, 2 and 3. This is a full‐time opportunity (37 hours per week) based in Leamington Spa, initially running until at least May, with a very strong likelihood of transitioning into a permanent position for the right candidates.
The Role
- You will deliver engaging and inspiring UAL Art & Design programmes across Levels 1, 2 and 3, supporting learners to develop both practical and conceptual skills.
- You will contribute to planning, assessment and internal verification processes in line with UAL standards, while fostering a creative, inclusive and ambitious learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver UAL Level 1, 2 and 3 Art & Design qualifications
- Plan and deliver high‐quality, industry‐relevant sessions
- Support learners' creative development and progression
- Undertake marking, assessment and internal quality processes
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience delivering UAL Awarding Body qualifications in Art & Design
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Strong subject knowledge across a range of art and design disciplines
- Passion for supporting and inspiring learners in further education
