Health and Social Care Lecturer (Temporary, with Temp to Perm Opportunity)

Location: Derbyshire

Contract Type: Temporary/ part time

Pay rate: Up to £170 per day + 12.07% holiday pay

These are temporary roles with potential to convert to permanent based on mutual fit and performance.

Role 1

22.2 hours/week across 3 full days Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Role 2

22.2 hours/week across 3.5 days Monday morning, plus full days on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging Health and Social Care lessons from Entry Level up to Level 3 for learners aged
  • Supporting student progression, achievement, and success
  • Adapting lessons to meet sector developments and learning needs

Requirements

  • A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, CertEd) or willingness to work towards one
  • Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience teaching or supporting learners
