An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ further education college in East Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated Head of Learner Support to lead a thriving department committed to inclusive, high-quality support for learners with a wide range of needs. The Role As Head of Learner Support, you’ll manage and develop a team of professional practitioners across SEND, Additional Learning Support (ALS), Maths, and English. Your leadership will help shape a learning environment where every student, regardless of their barriers, can achieve their full potential. You’ll take the lead in assessments, planning, and delivery of support services, maintain compliance with safeguarding and inspection standards, manage budgets, and act as the college’s ambassador at audits and external events.
