Think FE are working in partnership with a well-established, learner-focused college in Gloucestershire, recognised for its strong employer engagement and commitment to vocational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable Health & Social Care specialist to join on a full-time temporary basis and make an immediate impact.
Due to staffing requirements, the college is seeking a confident and experienced professional to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care programmes, with potential involvement in T Level delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Potential delivery of T Level content
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons
- Mark and assess in line with awarding body requirements
- Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Qualification above Level 3 highly desirable
- Teaching qualification preferred
- Experience delivering BTEC Health & Social Care to learners highly desirable
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
