This college is looking for an organised and detail-focused Exams Administrator to support the smooth delivery of all exam processes. This is a key role within the college, ensuring exam registrations, entries, results and certification are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Process exam registrations, entries, claims, results and certificates accurately
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate exam records on the College MIS
- Manage exam concession files and ensure appropriate evidence is in place
- Respond professionally to exam-related enquiries from students and staff
- Support the organisation and delivery of major exam sessions, including invigilation planning
- Ensure compliance with awarding body regulations and internal quality standards

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
